We are a professional family run business with our surveys being carried out by two brothers.We are not a panel acting as a link to energy assessors in your area for a fee.
As a family run business we recognise that each client's requirements will be different. As such we offer a comprehensive and complete assessment that is tailored to your individual requirements, while offering very competitive rates. In fact we will match, if not better any reasonable quote. In addition to this our survey times are flexible and, if necessary, the survey could be carried out overnight to avoid disruption in the workplace.
On a number of surveys we will have two fully qualified and accredited energy assessors thus reducing both time on site and delivery times.
Our proprietor, Neil Dixon, is a fully qualified and accredited Level 4 Non Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA), a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) and an Air Conditioning Energy Assessor (ACEA). As part of our commitment to offering the best service possible, he is currently working towards his Display Energy Certificate (DEC) qualification.
Working alongside Neil is Paul Dixon, who is a fully qualified and accredited Level 3 Non Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA) and a Display Energy Certificate Assessor (DEC) .
Our offices are based in Anstey just outside of Leicester, however, as Paul lives in Derbyshire, it allows us to cover a larger area.
Commercial EPCs, ACEAs and DECs are now also offered for Sheffield and the surrounding areas, in association with Vincent Steele Surveyors Ltd. Vincent has considerable experience as a surveyor, achieving Chartered status in 1974, elected as a Fellow of RICS in 1982 and has worked in general practice in South Yorkshire for most of his career.
