We are a professional family run business with our surveys being carried out by two brothers.We are not a panel acting as a link to energy assessors in your area for a fee.
As a family run business we recognise that each client's requirements will be different. As such we offer a comprehensive and complete assessment that is tailored to your individual requirements, while offering very competitive rates. In fact we will match, if not better any reasonable quote. In addition to this our survey times are flexible and, if necessary, the survey could be carried out overnight to avoid disruption in the workplace.
On a number of surveys we will have two fully qualified and accredited energy assessors thus reducing both time on site and delivery times.
Our proprietor, Neil Dixon, is a fully qualified and accredited Level 4 Non Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA). He is also an accredited Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) and a member of The Master Federation of Energy Assessors. As part of our commitment to offering the best service possible, he is currently working towards his Display Energy Certificate (DEC) qualification.
Working alongside Neil is Paul Dixon, who is a fully qualified and accredited Level 3 Non Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA). He is also currently working towards his Display Energy Certificate (DEC) qualification.
Our offices are based in Anstey just outside of Leicester, however, as Paul lives in Derbyshire, it allows us to cover a larger area.
